Your Opinion On My Setup

Hey guys,
I just bought two 24 Inch 20 Watt (75 Watts output) and one big ass 48" fluorescent shop light with 2 40 CW light bulbs in it, im trying to get the seeds to sprout right now, but tell me what you guys think? you think i can get a descent grow out of this?

i don't know much about lights.... but i hope all them plants grow to be like 10 foot... good luck
