If that were the case, I'd sign in as a new-user everyday. Just keep making up handles. I posted 10,000 in my first year. I kind of like a number of that size.

How many times have you had sex? "10,000"

    Sounds great.

I don't post on forums that have no post count, it's too confusing to figure out who is just some random newb and who the regulars are. If I am new I want others to know it so they are more understanding if I post something stupid.

Ever since Xbox.com removed the post count on their forums I stopped posting, they now have some retarded system where I guess the mods decide who gets more reps, but I was a fucking Xbox Live beta tester and I never got anything higher than 1, while people that had no clue what they were talking about had a higher rep. Maybe I am just a little bitter that they took away my orange B, (if you were an Xbox Live beta tester you know what I'm talking about ), but I could have lived without that, but taking away the post count didn't help anything at all as some people thought it would.

    Keep it!

I agree, you'd be surprised how much removing a post count kills the community. It was done at the SteamPoweredForums, it's dead there in comparison to how lively it used to be.

Post count is really useful in cultivation land.. sets the nOObs apart from the nerds, and gives a hint as to whose advice you should listen to (not that infrequent posters don't sometimes waltz in here with a fucking degree in horticulture... like one of them recently did.. but... ).
