String beans are creepy. Odd colored veggies also freak me out....eggplant and that type of thing. I'm sorry but that's just not normal.

The only one on your list that freaks me out skink (of course Skink started it....it's a food thread) is the cabbage....and cabbage is ok unless its cooked....then, like Stinky says, that booger taste comes out.
