I have never heard of something so silly! What kind of town do you live in? Normally, INSURANCE companies will be picky about woodstoves, but the TOWN? Remind me never to move there!

I know. Its silly, huh? I live in a valley surrounded by mountains, and the smoke just stays there and doesn't move out so they prohibited wood stoves. Plus I live in California which probably explains it more! Sooooo many "nanny" laws here!
