She said I and another coworker were harassing her and that we have her F'ing information on file and that we have no right to call her F'ing house and so on and so on. At the same time I and trying to explain to her about what was going on and about the letters that we sent out and all of that good stuff. She would not let me talk and every time I tried she got louder more belligerent and talked ever faster.

Come to find out the guy I work with took a payment over the phone from her husband the week before and her husband acknowledged that they got the letter and understood that they would have to call in there payments from now on.

Renting furniture is just like renting a movie. You rent it for a certain amount of time and when that time is up you either rent it again or return it. Its that simple. When you are late of course were going to call your ass you have the stores property in your possession and do not have that right without renting it again.

Some people are such assholes.

This is why all the retailers like me,,,I bag,,,make sure my payment is ready and deliver a big smile...
