In Los Angeles, CA there is atleast one medical dispensary on a block. There are so many in my area its unbelievable. Most of the bud dealers get around here comes from the dispensaries, so pretty much all the stuff i get is medical. .

He pretty much summed it up... just cruising around Hollywood earlier today I saw four and ended up going into one for an oz. of Afgoo and a quad of Master Kush... I really need a camera for this shit
