The folley's of Internation Shipping?

So, as we're coming to the close of our no-month of smoking (Need to get better jobs.. Pizza delivery/Receptionist for my parents isn't cutting it) we've decided that once some cash starts coming in again, we're investing in a Roor.

Say it's for the name if you wish, but we've wanted one for almost a year now, and we've decided the one we want :

Roor Ice Fairmaster 5.0 - 3 Piece

Getting the money won't be a problem at all, but..

Shipping a water pipe here to the US from the UK... Any dangers to beware, like customs?

I'm perfectly aware it's legal to sell water pipes as they're intended for smoking legal substances, but are there any pitfalls to watch out for?

No problems ordering from EDIT. They are top-notch. So are the Roors, as they are the German versions you'll be getting, and that is what you want...

EDIT ships fast. I ordered two Roors from them, and they got here in only 2 days via FedEx. The box they came in are pretty non-descript, and are pretty plain jane. I didn't recall having to sign for the package, either.

The only thing that was a bit unexpected was I got a bill from FedEx a couple weeks after my order arrived asking that I pay them about $17 to cover the "import duty tax". Apparently what I found is that if you receive anything of value from any overseas country, they will levy a tax, and apparently EDIT doesn't charge you, but FedEx will need to collect it for customs.
