Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if there's even a point to nutrition
You say you know yoga stretches. You know the one where you have to lift your leg into the air, stretch it out and hold? From time to time you move it at a 45 degree angle? Don't do it for very long since you have a considerable amount of pain, but in burst, it's pretty managable.

Every day my diet consists of carrots, spinach, apples, oranges, nectarines, banana's, and peas. About 80% of the food I eat is fruits and vegetables, and the rest is found in carbs (like rice and potatoes) and protein (bacon and eggs). But really, I don't see what difference it makes. My digestion is definately WAY better with all the plants I eat, but that's it. I Rating: 5
