You will likely get anywhere from 1 to 6 or so ounces of bud per plant. All depends on sunlight ..soil quality, if you tie them down yadda yadda. To get pound plus plant you usually need to grow them big inside and plant them early in the ground. Like planting 1 footers early may type of thing.
