What's your opinion?
Couple more questions:
What would you predict as to how long it'd take for it to get out of my body, like a guesstimate?
Is there nothing else I can do in my diet that will help other than "a little" fiber (would a lot of fiber do anything?) and hydration? Would cutting out or increasing any fat, sugar, etc help?
