July 8...
I finally talked Grant in to compiling with at least one of the bail conditions. It was a tough sell but he finally caved in that he would go see a probation officer on July 10.

July 10
We drove him to his appointment and Debbie (my wife) had to help him walk in to the building to his probation officers office. No close parking spot so I just dropped them at the front door and picked them up at the front door.

July 13
I was contacted by a retired professor from the USA that is writing a legalize cannabis book that wanted to meet with me. Norml USA got us in contact with each other. I took him to Grant's home to meet Grant as well. The good doctor was here for the Calgary Stampede.

The good doctor has some very high profile and powerful supporters in the USA too. A real good thing for our culture.

July 16
The swelling is getting better now but Grant was sitting on his front step and with no one available at the time to help him while he walked he tried to walk inside his home alone. He fell and twisted his ankle.

July 18
Grant is resting up now so he will be able to come with us to a protest Saskatoon on July 28.

Also I hope he is well enough so I can take him to enjoy the Calgary International Reggae Festival 4th Annual Calgary Reggae Festival August 11 to 18.
