Started off in college wanting to get into plant science/phytoremediation (using plants to clean up soil from say mine damage, or even radiation) but chemistry and me don't get along when you get up out of general chemistry.

Then life happened and oh well thats another story.
GoldenGoblin Reviewed by GoldenGoblin on . Working in a commercial greenhouse Just out of curiosity, how many of us grow geeks have ever made LEGAL income off our skills? Who has worked at a greenhouse, nursery, or farm? I've worked at a farm (cucumbers, blech, I still have scarring on my forearms from cuke rash, we LOOOVE our Polish dill pickles around here, yummy!) and at a hydroponic greenhouse. I am really starting to seriously consider going back to school for a masters in horticulture and getting back into all that shit. Anyone else? Rating: 5
