I guarantee if they were weed toking skaters you'd be up in arms about it.

If they had done as they were told the cop wouldn't of had to use force.

He said "stay there" and the kid run so he chased him.

He said "stay there" to the girl then grabbed her before she had a chance to run.

Then the other kid jumped in so he choked him.

And i doubt the kids are 13.
