Well to be honest (no offence) i think your making more of a bigger deal about it than it actually is, its not like you have to walk around with it hanging out is it? so i dont see why you have to completely isolate yourself from your friends and from going out seriously thats taking it too far.

There are some pretty immature comments on here from people who obviously havent gone through puberty yet but just ignore them, listen you need to try and not be so self concious (as hard as it is) and just think "i dont give a fuck what other people think" because its what you think of yourself that really matters, remember that.

Its just like, when someone gets low self confidence and thinks that they are ugly all the time they let it stop them from going out but at least you can hide this, right? (not that you should have to) i mean your obviously not the only person with it.

Another thing, are you sure its permenant or are you just expecting the worst here? Have you been to see a doctor or anything about this?
