Perhapse you should try meditation, it's a very good means of "resetting" the brain, whiping the slate clean that is, and starting fresh. Once you've somewhat mastered the basics, you can try meditating on particular concepts, in this case perhpase total exceptance and relaxation or your physical state during intercourse.

just get very drunk, i remember a couple yrs ago, i went to this girls house, she had a 2O dollar bottle of Bacardi Superior(white cap, white label) And she took like maybe 1 and 1/2 shots, and i drank the rest(blended wit coke) so we're watchin beauty and the beast, and we just get into everything about half way through, so i just started beatin her on the couch, and i didnt nut for like 3 hours, i remember i wasnt even paying no attention to nothing, just a blank mind, fucking this girls brains in.... So my advice would be, buy a 2O of bacardi get smashed and keep a clear mind when fucking..........Like think of space, or the clouds, or anything that doesnt require you to overthink, that way all your body effort is going to your dick.........lol im so high right now hopefully u understand cause im done explainin lol
