I don't know if I have some form of ED or I just need to work out more, or maybe I masterbate too much and that makes condoms impossible to use, but I can't finish when having sex. I don't think that's an orgasm at all. I can force myself to ejaculate if need be (rarely hhahaa) but it doesn't feel anything like and orgasm, it's not something I'd repeat over and over.

If you take perscription drugs it can happen. With zoloft which i take for anxiety it can take a while for me to orgasm, or i wont have one at all. those side effects suck

Opioid analgesics can cause it too, as I've discovered from personal experience. Tell us ALL the meds you're on. Also do you feel self conscious during sex, maybe that you don't look attractive or you feel pressure to orgasm for your partner? Alcohol really doesn't help either.
