I-doser
I dont know if this has been posted yet, but its pretty cool. Its called I-doser and its program that plays certain soundwaves that supposedly trigger different aspects of you brain, making you feel as if you are under the influence of whatever drug you are listening to.
Im listening to the marijuana right now and im only about 1/4th of the way through. I dont feel high or baked or anything but it definetly has some sort of relaxing effect on me.
Here is the site
I-Doser: Binaural Brainwave Doses
But you can also just download the "doses" individually off of any P2P program. Which is what i did.
Anyways anyone else ever use this? or even heard of it?WEsmokeED Reviewed by WEsmokeED on . I-doser I dont know if this has been posted yet, but its pretty cool. Well they are 45 minutes each, and im on about minute 23. Definetly a difference, i feel euphoric and happy but not quite high.

well sonic driving (basically what you are listening to) is very closely linked to altered states of consciousness. shamans have been practicing drumming for millenia to reach altered states and when a person enters into an altered state thier brain operates on a wavelengths that can be imitated using sound. i read an article and experimented with sonic driving in a shaman crash course for an anthro class.

I agree, i downloaded a few of them...one was supposed to induce the feelings of a peyote trip... I felt nothing, the marijuana one did make me feel somewhat relaxed but i had also been smoking while listening. I think they're kinda BS

I've tried it and think it's crap. I totally relaxed and just cleared my mind, listened to the waves, and it did nothing to me. Anybody will say it made them relaxed, because you're closing your eyes for 45 mintues and relaxing. I think it's either a scam, or people working with unfounded theory.

it is a cool concept though. inducing highs through soundwave stimulus. My major is Sound Arts...I'm sure in some way it might be possible to induce a euphoric state but it would most likey also require being listened to at a specific volume, in the right environment, and I doubt it could be done on Mp3. If it were done, I would think the effects would be very minimal.
