    assistance anyone??

    i got maximum 13 days till my drug test and i havent smoked since saturday. Im 5*11 170 6% bodyfat and run and lift everyday... what are my best chances to make sure im clean?? anyone...

    Give a better smoking history than "since Saturday" unless that ius the last time you smoked in the last 3 months and read some of the threads and stickies.

    well ive cut back dramatically over the past month, id say once or twice every three days. but none since saturday morning
