Transplanting
If you are growing in a 5 gallon pail you should really drill some holes in the SIDES too, near the bottom. If you turn over the pail, you will see that there is a continuous ridge around the bottom, that keeps moisture from escaping. I grew in 3-gallon pails for a while and found that drilling holes in the sides really made my life easier- they used water better, and I was able to let the soil dry out to a better point between waterings.
Plant looks happier!
