I Started my plant in a small coffee pots and now are 23 days old and about 4 and half inches tall and i wanted to know if i would harm it by transplanting it in a bigger pot. I also need some tips on doing this I am a first time grower and any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

coffee pots are risky anyway because the possibility of metals leaching into your soil in the presence of moisture and acids is very high.
transplanting should be completely safe, just be sure to support the rootball with your hand as it slips out of the can, and don't let it get broken up.

I grew healthy plants for years in 8 and 10 inch pots, but I finally learned pot size is connected with yield ... you can grow in most any size pot, but larger rootballs mean larger buds ... besides, the larger pots make watering much easier, as the watering will be done every 3-4 days, instead of constantly ... I generally grow in #5 pots now ... :smokin:

Its been 90+ degrees every day so daily watering is a necessity. The plant gets full sun from dawn to dusk.
Is it a problem to transplant even after the plant has started budding??[SIZE=\"6\"]READ MY LIPS!!!

hey steve, nice plant. that looks like it will make a very nice cola. btw terra cotta pots arent the best for a plant that needs a good amount of water, since they absorb moisture and evaporate water easily. try plastic. and true on the bigger the pot the better the yields to a certain point.
