Whats your fave hamburger topping???

I'm going to hazzard a guess that big macs are the same everywhere, and if so, it's the orangey sauce at the bottom with the finely chopped onions.

If that's the stuff, a close approximation would be a blend of mayonnaise, ketchup, and possibly onion salt.
