I want to make a very non ghetto setup...

I want to make a wooden grow box, out of 2x4's. I really want to make it a nice grow box, maybe stain the wood and such. I was thinking maybe something like 6' tall, 6' deep, 6' wide. What do you recommend for lights? I also want to maybe have a veg portion/clone/mom. Ya know. And a flower room. What sort of holes, exhaust/intake should I have? What should I use for cooling? Keeping air fresh? Maybe I can do a hydro setup. Can anyone help me? I just feel like putting together a respectable grow box.
