Certain colleges offer classes/programs to children as young as 5, although the classes are usually limited to the arts including painting, drawing, music, drama and of the such. Also, there are those who get bumped up a grade here or there because the current grade they're in doesn't challenge them, hence why a 17 year old can attend college. There really isn't an age limit to higher learning as it is more a limit your own mind and society with its standards puts upon you.

college in england starts at 16-17 til i dunno then we can choose to go on to university which would be more like college in the states

I live with my father, he knows I smoke weed, he doesnt mind. He has a very big history with addiction and is obssessed by it but he has also learned that if he tries to prevent me from doing it, then it might really turn into a problem and I might move on to harder drugs. So he doesnt care, I go to college, I smoke in my room, he's cool about it.

My father was an alcoholic for about 10 years and a pill popper, now he's stopped, unfortunately. My mother now lives with a crack dealer and I dont know if she does it also, possibly.

Well I'm a parent and I guess it would depend on the age of my kid. I think I would always give them shit for it, I want healthy children. They do it cause they love you ...blah, blah, blah
