~No idea, best guess would be most girls have issues with shyness. I know I do.

~Don't start hitting on us right away, but do let a girl know you're interested in the first meeting. Asking for her digits usually is enough to show interest.

-What hints or clues should I look for to know if you are interested as well?
~eye contact, smiles, ...

I do it without hesitation(sometimes) but it's fucked up. I have to open my self up to rejection and admit that I think someone is interesting....without knowing if you have a boyfriend, are gay or even think i'm good looking. It's nerve-racking.
