I'm a bit shy so I really like the guy to hit on me. It shows confidence and that's attractive. Of course, I would send some signals by maybe smiling and making eye contact. If it was a friend that I liked, I'm sure he'd know how I felt before making the move in on me.

if it was someone completely new, I'd feel more comfortible if a guy actually introduced himself, with eye contact or even a light hand shake, and asked more innocent questions. how's it going? are you from around here? do you like this kind of music? Down to earth things and maybe small compliments. pretty eyes or pretty smile, nothing sleezy sounding.
