Exercise & Diet Section
Thanks for the support everyone  Glad to see we already have a few actually discussing some exercises.
Right now I'm just running for exercise, but I've kind of been falling out of that. I have been helping people move recently, that in itself is a workout (especially in the middle of summer). But I need to get back into a strict running routine and I want to start working out my arms.
Do you guys know any simple exercises with/without dumbells that I can just start to work on my arms (biceps & forearms). I just want something to get me started a little before I really get serious about it. Thanks.
And Admin(s) (or mods, I don't know what say you would have in the creation of it...), I would like to hear what you all would have to say to it? Can we get some input from you guys? It would be appreciated, thanks. :thumbsup:AR15 Reviewed by AR15 on . Exercise & Diet Section I was wondering if we could get a section dedicated to exercise and diet. People could ask questions about what exercises/workouts would work best for specific things like say losing wieght, or building upper body strength. People could come to get info from other users on where to get started etc. It could be general questions. Diet is a very important part of exercise, they kind of go hand in hand. What types of food to eat, things to drink, supplements/vitamins depending upon what Rating: 5
