Yup beer is killer for your gut, but if that's what you enjoy, hey =)

But there's alot of things you can do, even with a limited back. Don't really have the time right now cuz I gotta head to work, but when I go to the gym, I'll try to remember some exercises you can do with an injured back and try them out to see how strenous each one is. Then I'll post about them and you can try and see how well you can perform them!
