*another bump*

yeh, anything going on with this? since skink left, we need some thread space for food talk. i also recently started regularly cooking again, and working out occasionally further stoking my interest in this exercise and diet section idea.

^ and yeah, no prob AR15. they say do upper body one day and lower the next. that way you're not letting your body really get lazy or whatever. you keep up your stamina and let your body rest all at the same time.

if you can start a routine at 100 pushups a day, you're doing pretty good. most people i know couldn't dream of doing 20 without learning to do one first. when in jail, we'd just make a point to do 100 pushups throughout the day, no matter how many at a time. the next day or two, 150 pushups. the closer your sets are to each other, the more stamina you get out of it though.

oh how i wish i had a punching bag. great exercise and fun. yeah, don't break your fingers trying to jump into the fingertip pushups all at once. Bruce Lee could do them on his thumbs only, but i'm sure he worked up to it.

if you find any creative exercises with those dumbbells, lemme know. i can only think of a few to do with mine without a bench.

peace

People could ask questions about what exercises/workouts would work best for specific things like say losing wieght, or building upper body strength. People could come to get info from other users on where to get started etc. It could be general questions. Diet is a very important part of exercise, they kind of go hand in hand.
