I was wondering if we could get a section dedicated to exercise and diet.

People could ask questions about what exercises/workouts would work best for specific things like say losing wieght, or building upper body strength. People could come to get info from other users on where to get started etc. It could be general questions.

Diet is a very important part of exercise, they kind of go hand in hand. What types of food to eat, things to drink, supplements/vitamins depending upon what you're trying to do.

I don't know, I'm trying to explain it the best I can, but it seems pretty self-explanitory. So yeah. So admins please tell me what you think on it and let me know if there's anything you need from me. If you don't think we should have one, no worries.

I think this is something that can be very productive and beneficial to users on this forum. If anyone agrees with me and wants this section, please voice your support, I would appreciate it.
