Exercise & Diet Section
This is a very good idea, especially as us "lazy unmotivated stoners" eat so much with the munchies.
LIP Reviewed by LIP on . Exercise & Diet Section I was wondering if we could get a section dedicated to exercise and diet. People could ask questions about what exercises/workouts would work best for specific things like say losing wieght, or building upper body strength. People could come to get info from other users on where to get started etc. It could be general questions. Diet is a very important part of exercise, they kind of go hand in hand. What types of food to eat, things to drink, supplements/vitamins depending upon what Rating: 5

I'd be crazy to disagree with such a proposal. Like the many before me, I really like this idea. It would mesh perfectly with the Medical/Health section; a sub-forum would be ideal. Members could share their stories, routines, habits, get suggestions, ask questions, etc.
I'm all for this.

See with that section up, I could tell you how to use munchies to your advantage. Rather than making you fat, it'll make you strong.

Well, i have an almost balanced diet, it's only the munchies that are putting on the lbs, i mean, im 15 stone, and most of that is my arms and legs [i've got alot of muscle, used to cycle alot and did alot of weight lifting and such] so im thinking, if i do a bit more excersise and cut out the munchies i'll be alright. I mean, i dont need the munchies, i just choose to eat. So for the last 2 days i havnt been eaten when i get stoned, just at lunch and dinner.

I think 60 press ups with my back is impressive - i would do sit ups but that's out of the question, tried one last night and nearly snapped in half.

Well one this one ab exercise, it won't be so strenous on your back.
Lie down, put your hands under your lower back for support. Raise your legs with a 90 degree bend at the knee. And slowly lower one leg, and bring it back up. Repeat with the other.

I supose 10+ pints of beer a day doesnt help - it's not me getting drunk, i just have a beer with most of my joints, i drink it like water.
Anyway, cheers for the advice man, maybe one day i'll be brave enough to post a pic on here somewhere.
