If you dont think you absolutely need one now I'd wait and save your money to buy a nice car once you can get one. Think of it this way, girls like guys that have cars.
If you have to have something I'd go with the second one because I think its pretty. If the other one is a better deal/nicer I'd go with that though.

Lol firstly i know mopeds are loud, annoying and slow but in the uk you need to be 16 before you can ride them and then wait another year before you can ride anything more than a 50cc or drive a car....
