don't buy a new one, get it second hand. When you start riding, you'll probably take a few tumbles here and the, and the value of new bikes and peds drops SO much the second you buy them. It'd be much more economical to get a cheaper crappier ped until you're 17, then get a honda cbr 125 or something. Have fun and be safe!

Lol firstly i know mopeds are loud, annoying and slow but in the uk you need to be 16 before you can ride them and then wait another year before you can ride anything more than a 50cc or drive a car....
