If the mentally retarded person is stable enough to take care of themselves,and doesn't go around stabbing people, i think they should live.

he others that have to be fed, dressed, and washed, or are a danger to others should be executed.

There are alot of mentally retarded people in institutions, their family don't visit, they just keep paying room and board. If they don't the tax payers do.
