Okay French,.. which is it? The mentally handicapped or the mentally ill you are speaking of. Being "slow" or "retarded" is a completely differant thing than being mentally ill. A physcopath is not the same as a person born with down's syndrome for example. If someone with the IQ of a 5 year old commits a crime it is because they were not being properly looked after. A sociopath on the other hand can mask their mental illness and has no remorse.

How do you guys feel about executing people who are retarded.... Personally I feel that if someone commits a crime worthy of execution be they mentally retarded or not they should be killed... the fact that someone is retarded doesn't change the fact that they killed someone... you do the crime you do the time/execution weither you be retarded or not.
