If the U.S. did away with the death penalty and announced a new policy involving more hands-on work with convicts to help them reform themselves and "change" then do you know what would happen?

I do. I guarantee the homicide rate in the U.S. would more than double. Hell, if I knew that I could kill someone and just have to do some time, there would be some people I would like to off.

You're kidding, right?

How about countries that don't have a death penalty? Are their murder rates soaring to new heights? Not that I know of.

Then Republicans accuse Democrats of subscribing to a culture of death....

soo, you think that the six yr old kid in flint mishigan that brought a hand gun to school that he found in his uncle's house,and brought it to school and killed another six yr old girl in his class(wich was by accadent) should fry?
