I have a question if i had to get rid of a plant i have could i dry it out and get high off of the leaves? The plant is about 3foot but has no signs of sex.. so i just need to know.

Honestly probably not worth the effort. Why do you need to get rid of it? Can you not just transplant somewhere else?
