Their is allways a chance of a complete peice being changed, their are so many factors from the type, brand, color, location, elements,etc. These are literaly just a few factors the list continues on and on , glass will not be ruined but there is always the chance of the original peice being drasticaly changed. This I have learned in just the short time I have been learning about Lampworking, did you know Benjamin Frankin blew glass in fact alot of great scientist did they had to make all their own lab beakers and cylinders and stuff. And in Roman artifacts they find the exact same tools that we use today. I find this fascinating, any way dont mean to tangent off but yeah 505 Glass would be honored to be in your area and it is always best for customs to be made literaly from the ground up(or Sand up haha) However in cases where a centimental pecie is broken it is better to salvage than to thow away(to some people, and some peices anyway)imp:

They never rise that high but I have actuly seen them dip to prices that are like to good to be true. I know the Fire fee is like $13 and preaty much every thing floats around that price. Prices change cause glass changes, its hard to explain but glass manufactures dont constantly make one type of glass all the time, they do sets. Such as one week the make enough red for the whole world or another companie might be over stocked in a certain tube so they sell it off much cheaper than usual. And as far as glass from the elements the prices stay about the same but the price goes up substantialy, because your peice is created from the elements of New Mexico and also Elements from Italy. Why NM because thats where were at, Why Italy cause we find some things such as color can vary enough to use elements of different regions, Italy just has alot more experiance mixing and matching their elements for color. All this fascinates the hell out of me.imp:imp:imp:
