perfect. I'm basing my drip design on a video I've been reviewing called "I grow chronic" hosted by a guy painted green. Its in a DVD compilation of a bunch of videos that has been really helpful. found it on bit torrent.

there's also one by a british guy that is really good. he's why I used jiffy pellets. He says all you need to do is soak it in water for five minutes squeeze 20% of the water out and you're good to go, versus the more professional/precise way of using rockwool and making sure your water is a CF of 12 and pH of 5.5

does that sound right?

one more ultra green question; is the conductivity factor (or EC) the same/interchangalble as Parts Per Million?

if so does a CF of 12 mean that you are at/under the safe level of PPM?

one last thing (sorry if this is just a beating)
I'm planning on these meters, do they look alright?

spectrum balanced Reviewed by spectrum balanced on . First Grow - when should jiffy pellet seedlings be transported to rockwool I have recently germenated several seeds and planted them in jiffy pellets. Once I see a sprout should I immediately put the pellet in a 4" rockwool cube? I'm also realizing the small ready to grow hydro system I've had for a while but never tried to use until now will really only fit jiffy pellets/1" cubes, so I'm going to build my own 3'x2'x4" tray/resivour system soon. If my seeds sprout before I can have it ready, can I water them manually 3 times a day with a ph balanced half strength Rating: 5
