    It came from the closet....

I just transplanted them........Im so fucking nervous about them. I don't know why, I transplanted 5 of the original 6 no problem. I didn't like the fact I felt all of those rootbound roots bend/stress as I moved them w/ my hands. After all was said and done, they "went to sleep" an hour late (my lights are, luckily timed to the natural sunset, so I started at twilight and ended an hour later just at "dark")...hope that makes sense. And yeah, it took me an hour, some non-grow-related problems just HAD to come up RIGHT as I was in the middle of transplanting. I watered w/ just a splash of superthrive w/ a gallon of R/O. and SHIT! I can only fit 3 pots in my closet now................goodbye perfectly good female plant.......have fun outside.:noel:

Here are some pics from earlier today, day 15 flowering. I'll post pics of the 3 tomorrow.......

FUCK Friday the 13th! AHHHHH! I was raising my lights by myself (should have known better) and....WHOOPS! there goes a 400w HPS and ballast into the canopy! Luckily, the bulb survived......unfortunately, the plants broke the fall.

Pic 1 - Today. (Day 17 flowering) They do look pretty good for just having gone through a transplant 1 night, to a massive (20lbs. at LEAST) impact the next day. I'm guessing that I lost somewhere around 1/2 - 3/4 oz. of finished product because of this.

Pic 2 - these 2 took the brunt of it, unsalvageable.

Pic 3 - This bitch had her main stock split in two! The entire plant was laying in 2 opposite directions. ADVICE: tape works wonders! Marijuana will recover from AMAZING trauma if taken care of appropriately. (the Superthrive from the previous night had to have helped tremendously also.)

Pic 4 - Not so bad, just cracked over, Doing well now w/ tape.

Pic 5 - What 5-6 seconds of time will do if glass cover from bulb touches the tips. Toasty.

I guess if that's the worst that has happened so far, I'm doing pretty good.

Also, the 4th plant is now doing well outside. Time will tell if she will go hermie/back to veg/both due to the still early season conditions outside, it is not late enough for normal flowering. We'll see, but she's happy for now.

Day 19 of flowering. Looking good considering what they have now been through. No comments/attention regarding the disaster? progress? :wtf:

Anybody with experience care to estimate how far along they are?? How much longer? Very low probability any are the same stain/genetics, all random bagseed. But, most/all flower sites do look as if they are at the same stages/size.

So how am I doing?! How about size of buds for amount of time? 22 days now of 12/12. The tiny trichomes that have started to form have made the pain of losing cola sites easier to deal with....

Sorry Nor....I got lost but I am back now. Congratulations on dropping your light on your plants.....you are now an experienced grower.

Your plants look like they are coming along great. 8-10 is the general range....sometimes you can harvest them at six weeks (i used to) but going the full time can really help with your yield.

Surprised there isn't much love for you, NorK.
I found that if you spread the love, love will come your way. You may call me confusedious.

Ok, for my humble fairly n00b observation.
    Stretch - Check
Light too high causing stretch - check
Already been told what caused it - check
Reiterating the obvious from me - check check.

And I'll join the "all things considered" bandwagon with the fact you still have some around, they're looking healthy, sans the skin grafts, and your almost done!

22 days O' flowering. A guesstimate would be you still have 3-5 weeks left. Now would be a good time to get a magnifying glass and have it on hand to check those Trichs in the next coming weeks.
The buds are coming along nicely from what I can tell, your entering the fattening stage. And it's about to get a whole lot of funky in the surrounding areas, it may smell now, but just wait.

I'd go out on fan leaf limb and declare them Indica, most likely there is Sativa mixed in there. The leaves aren't quite wide enough to be solely Indica, and the blades don't seem long enough to be solely Sativa. That's just based on the ton of pictures I've seen, someone can correct me if I'm wrong, no worries.

All in all your doing a good job man.
We all, hopefully, learn from our mistakes. As long as there is something to smoke on while you ponder it all, it's all good.

Advice if your open for it.
    1. Get rid of the 4" ducting and replace with 6". Your CFM takes a nasty hit when reduced, luckily your inline fan seems decent enough to hump the load, but swapping the duct would be mucho benefitio.
    2. Either buy a cool tube if you got the change or build one with the tutorials located on this site. This will let your 400 get all up close and personal with the plants & will keep the temps lower, not that heat seemed to be an issue. Would solve that little stretching issue too.
    3. Add some more 90 degree elbows to your intakes and you won't have to worry about light leaks, remember, light leaks both ways.
    4. Are you using chains to hang your light? If your by yourself, lower one side at a time. Even if you have to do several time to level it, it's worth the plants life.
    5. Wire bread ties will also hold a stem together and they don't leave behind a tape mess.
    6. Slow down and enjoy. I'd like to say that the plants pick up on your stress levels, but I wouldn't be qualified to say that, but seriously, go in happy and mellow and come out happy and mellow.

    Keep it up!

Nice. Thanks alot hound/dizzy. I feel alot more welcome here now.

Yeah, I'm loving how there doing now, I just can't wait till the buds completely "form" (when you just see the bud, no more empty spots where you see the stalks!)

Definitely learned alot so far from everybody here. Thanks for that. (Advice much appreciated too dizzy, all being helpful.)

Yes, LST/ScrOG. So far I'm also planning on getting a cool tube, changing out the 4'' duct to 6'', and using quality seeds/genetics.

For sure, I've always believed in a positive ch'i/mood environment for the plants. I always try to be mellow and caring.
