I checked the Ph, it's a steady 7.0.

That is too high. You need to get down to 6.5-6.8.

The soil is not way too wet, i water once every 4 days or so.

Looks way too wet to me. Timing of watering has less to do with this than poor drainage, water retention properties fo the soil, and transpiration rate of the plant. Have you taken the tray off yet? That type of pot is meant for houseplants that are generally slow-growing shade plants, not crops in aggressive indoor culture.

Anyway, what should i do to fix the problem? If i have both burn and deficiency then how do i add more fert without burning further?
