I took my leaf and put it in a slow cooker and cooked it off and on for a week. Then I strained and heated to just before boiling. I then added as much sugar as would dissolve and I added chamnpagne yeast. I set it in a dark place for about two months. Then I bottled. A year later it was ready. I was a chicken. My friends said it tasted like applejack. I thought it was good if not sweet enough.sorry I can not give specifics. I don't remember.:hippy:
