Is getting two decent sized joints for ten dollars a good deal?

I asked my friend if i could get ten dollars worth of green from him and he offered to roll them for me as a favor, cause its like my first time (actually 2nd, but it didn't work the first time).

Oh and its either midgrade or highgrade stuff, I don't know which he is going to use.
