Heres a quick guide

1. Go down to Manage Attachments
2. Under 'Upload File from your Computer' browse for the picture and upload it
3. Now press the paperclip icon near the font size, and smiley face options
4. Choose the attachment you want, now the words '[ ATTACH] random number here [ /ATTACH] should appear and the image will now show
