same thing for me. i think our tolerance is getting higher(no pun intended). im currently on a break. havent smoked for about a week. i do miss it but it will be sooooo worth it.

Taking breaks is good. Every once and awhile I'll take a little week break, and I find the high to be much more intense after not smoking for some time. The only thing is...if I start smoking every day again...the tolerance just kicks right back in. Ah, well. That's the life of a cannabis smoker. Just gotta get your hands on some potent herb and plenty of it.

And to answer your question...my high lasts anywhere from 1-5 hours depending on the kind/amount of bud I happened to smoke.

I never really pay attention to how long my high lasts anymore. Definitely not the 4 hours they tell you though. Probably 2-3 hours. All depends on the situation though.

My high last around a good 2-3 hours, but no more than 3 I think.

the actual high for me lasts around 2 hrs. the burn outs are just as long. a good break is all that is needed.

one bowl of dank will get me a good high for bout 30min-hour

regs ussually last me about an hour and a half. For some dank about twice as long.

Depends what type of strand I smoke and what time of the day I do it. If I wake and bake then that is my "peak high" of the day. Regs/Mids usually last me from 30 minutes to an hour. Dro can range anywhere from 3 hours to 6 hours depending on how good the shit is. I can get a hold of some super kush sometimes where one bowl gets you blowed for six hours straight. So it basically all depends on what I'm smoking and what time of the day I do it.
