It means the plant is still very young and hasn't developed all of its leaves yet.

It doesn't really mean anything. Some can get 7, 9 or even 11 or more points on them. I've seen as few as one (on a highly stressed plant I had) and that plant came back and grew 9 point leaves, budded and that was that. For me, they don't mean anything other than one leaf has more points than the others. No big deal.

Maximum# of fingers is strain dependent.
Whether the plant acheives that # has to do with age, budding status, and stress level.
A young plant takes a while to max out its blade count.
A budding plant will go back to 3 and then 1 blade leaves at the bud site.
A happy plant will grow max # of blades
A revegging and/or highly stressed plant will revert to single-bladed leaves which may or may not even bear serrations or resemble cannabis in any way.

ooo ok soo if my plant is happy and healthy it should grow more blades because a frend has a plant with weird like 2s 3s and 6s and all strange blades and his plants outside...
