fav. mexican food

My favorites are, in order:
Ceviche
Enchiladas with mole- GOOD mole where you can taste the chocolate
Anything with avocado and cilantro in excess

I can't tell the difference between burritos, enchilladas, rellenos, chimi changas or any of that stuff. I'm not sure most Mexicans can either. Hell, a burrito is a small donkey (burro - a large one, think about it). The Mexicans I've met say there's not much of a difference too.

So I do like Mexican food but I vote none of the above. I'll point at the menu and hope for the best.

My X used to make some killer mole. I love Mole con pollo

can never have enough 'ranchera"

I love Champurrado, or chocolate con queso

other Favs taco's asada, al pastor, carnitas and the Hot dogs wrapped in bacon lol
