They call the dogs and then detain you and your car until the K9s arrive. The police did have probable cause, the smell of MJ is probable cause. The phone call and description was probable cause. You say no and then they find something you are going to jail son.
exactly, i can't believe some people here actually think that saying "no" to a cop will result in them walking away.

I GOT ARRESTED!!!! this is wat happend me and a couple of friends were chillin in my friends car listenin to music gettin ready to play some football and all of a sudden my friend yells cops we dont go time to dip so we just chill there and they say some one reported we were smoking and we all answered no. they asked us too get out of the car and they patted us all down they found a dutch and a couple of lighters and then they asked my friend if they could search the car and he was like sure i got nothing to hide Rating: 5
