I'd have to see a macro close up of that to be sure, but it looks as though it might be moldy. Looks very triched up, so it'd almost definatly be good bud, but i cant stop thinking it looks a bit like mold in some places.

It only looks molded near the bottom of the first bud, as for everything else it doesn't look laced and it doesn't look sprayed down for weight. Looks alright if you ask me.
