Reputation "Comment" Disappeared!

I recently got a rep comment from somebody on my "USER CP" page. It was the latest one, earlier today or last night, and now it's gone. The previous couple of comments, from other people, are still there. It's not a major concern, but I'm just curious as to how this could happen.

The thread you received the rep in was likely deleted. When the thread disappears, so does the rep.

Or at least it was a month ago.

If the entire rep is gone, then yes I think JE hit the nail on the head.
If just the comment disappeared, then I dunno... :jointsmile:

The posting that the reps were for was removed, as well the opinions/comments in my User CP Page, from some of those that repped me.

I posted another thread, Reason for Removal of Posting?, in this forum, after I realized what happened.
