Natural light?
As the light times become less the plant releases a flowering hormone. Same as they do when your growing inside. Unless it's got ruderalis in it [auto flowering] it'll flower by juding the dark cycle of light.
Wow, this is pretty simple stuff. Why not do what everyone else does and do some reading.
