i wouldnt unless they were really getting in the way of something. i used to trim leaves off, but i now stick to the belief that any extra area to soak up light and produce food is good for the plant.

    Starting my first Indoor Grow!

it has been a while since i posted anything. Have some bad news to inform! at one location where i was growing 1 blueberry and 1 big bud plant, the remaining big bud got chopped off the stem and stolen! even though it was not even budding! ridiculous! so im very pissed off about that but on a good note i still have the other 4 plants going at the other location in my indoor setup i have 2 plants remaining (2 were males). i will post pics soon! i will start budding period friday using 400 hps.

...if electricity is a big issue, do yourself a favor and modernize your home... i swapped out all my lights to cfls (not all at once but over a month) and saved about 15 dollars right off the rip... i also weatherstrip and caulk EVERYTHING so it is easier and cheaper to maintain the enviroment...

if heat is an issue... ventilate.... suck COOL air into your room, near the lights... of course exhaust should be near the plants for smell and the bulbs for heat...

and... they do sell little 5k btu 90$ a/c's at lowes.... not that expensive to run

well i have some good and bad news once again. originally, i had 4 plants going in the closet but now i am narrowed down to 2 females, the other 2 were males i guess not too bad but i was hoping for about 3. i had originally planned to flower last friday but the plants are still fairly small (only about 15 inches) but very bushy. i will continue to veg for another week and flower using 400 hps. It sucks that i only have two smaller plants but in this case i guess its the experience that matters, not the yield. as long as i get a 1/2 of some prime bud ill be happy haha
